What does Duttatech Solutions make?
We design, build and run our own business apps for India: VyaparBook (billing), PagarPulse (labour attendance), GuruKhata (tuition), DarziKhata (tailor shops), AsalBook (byaj hisab), RepairKhata (repair shops), MandiKhata (mandi arhatiyas), Krishi Shop Khata (fertilizer shops), Gasht (field teams), Farm Hisaab (poultry farms) and DuttaTech Microfinance.
Where is Duttatech Solutions based?
Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor) is based in Raiganj, West Bengal, India, and its apps are used by businesses across India.
Do the apps work without internet?
Yes. Our Android apps save everything on the phone first and keep working offline. Apps with online plans sync when the network is back.
Which apps can I use on a Windows computer?
VyaparBook, RepairKhata, MandiKhata and Krishi Shop Khata have Windows apps on the Microsoft Store that work with the same account as the phone app.
Is my data safe? Do you sell it?
Your data is never sold and our apps show no ads. Offline apps keep data on your phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. Online plans store data on servers in India.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid app starts free: 14 days (VyaparBook, PagarPulse, Krishi Shop Khata online plan), 45 days (DarziKhata, AsalBook), 60 days (GuruKhata, Farm Hisaab), or a free tier (RepairKhata up to 50 job cards, MandiKhata first 50 lots).
Which Indian languages do the apps support?
Most of our apps work in Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Odia and English — up to 19 languages in DarziKhata and RepairKhata.
How do I pay for a plan? Are prices in rupees?
Yes, prices are in INR. Plans bought inside an Android app are charged by Google Play. Payments made directly to Duttatech Solutions, such as in our Windows apps, are processed by Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking).
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. A payment charged in error or a service that could not be delivered is refunded if you write within 7 days, to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. See the Refunds & Cancellations page.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes. Offline apps restore from your own Google Drive backup; online apps bring everything back when you sign in with the same account on the new phone or PC.
Who builds Duttatech’s apps?
Every app — Android, Windows and web, with its backend, payments and store listing — is designed, built and supported by our own team in West Bengal.

How do I get help with an app?

Is VyaparBook free?
Every feature is free for 14 days. After that, plans start at ₹399 a year (or ₹49 a month) for one business, and the same plan works on the Android app and the Windows PC app.
Computer me bill banane ka software hai?
Haan. VyaparBook ka Windows app Microsoft Store se install karein — mobile wala account hi chalega, PC aur mobile dono par same bills aur khata.
Do I need a GST number to use VyaparBook?
No. Most shops use it for plain cash bills and khata without GST. If you have a GSTIN, add it and GST bills with CGST/SGST or IGST switch on; the GST report exports to Excel and GSTR-1 JSON.
Does it support thermal printers?
Yes — 58 mm and 80 mm thermal receipt printers (Bluetooth, USB or Wi-Fi on Android; USB or network printers on Windows), plus regular A4 and A5 printers.
Can I share bills on WhatsApp?
Yes. Every bill has a share button that sends the PDF or an image to the customer on WhatsApp.
Can my staff make bills?
Yes. Staff sign in with their own login and every bill is recorded against the person who made it. Basic includes 1 staff login, Plus 10 and Pro 30.
Which languages does VyaparBook support?
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese and English.
How much does PagarPulse cost?
Free for 14 days with every feature and unlimited workers — no card and no UPI autopay. Then ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year through Google Play.
Does it work for daily wage and monthly workers?
Yes, both — and per-hajri workers too. Set each worker’s own rate, weekly off and leave. For monthly staff, choose whether salary is counted by working days, days in the month or a fixed 30 days.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Entries are saved on the phone and back up when you are online. No signal at the site? Keep working; it syncs later.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically and your data is never locked: you can still view, share and export everything. Subscribe when you want to add or edit entries again.
What if I change my phone?
Log in on the new phone with the same Google account or phone number and everything comes back.
Which languages does PagarPulse support?
Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam and Odia.
Is GuruKhata free for tutors?
Every tutor gets a 60-day free trial with no student limit and no credit card. After that GuruKhata stays free for up to 10 students; larger coaching classes can pick a paid plan inside the app.
How do I collect tuition fees with GuruKhata?
Monthly fees are generated for every batch automatically. Record each payment as UPI, cash or bank transfer and a receipt is sent to the parent. Pending and overdue fees are visible at a glance, with a one-tap reminder.
Can parents see attendance, fees and homework?
Yes. Invite a parent by email and they get their own free login to see attendance, upcoming classes, lesson notes and homework, fee status with receipts, and test marks.
Is it suitable for coaching institutes with many batches?
Yes. Create as many batches as you need by class and subject, set a weekly schedule and fee for each, and enrol students in one or more batches.
Does the tuition app work offline?
Yes. Mark attendance, record fees and write lesson notes without internet; everything syncs when you are back online.
Which languages does GuruKhata support?
English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Assamese and Odia. You can switch languages any time from Settings.
Is DarziKhata free?
Every feature is free and unlimited for 45 days, counted from your first real order. After that, DarziKhata Pro keeps the shop open for new work: ₹599 a year or ₹79 a month in India through Google Play. Without Pro the app becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.
Can I keep measurements for a customer’s whole family?
Yes. Add family members under one customer and keep measurements for each person and garment, in inches or centimetres, with photos and style notes. Send the measurement slip on WhatsApp or print it.
How does order tracking work?
Every order gets a token number, its garments, a delivery date, the advance and the balance. Move each garment through cutting, stitching, trial and ready to delivered, and see today’s and overdue deliveries on the home screen.
How do I keep my workers’ (karigar) accounts?
Give garments or single tasks such as cutting or stitching to workers with a piece rate. DarziKhata adds up what each worker earned, the advances and payments, and the work still pending.
Does DarziKhata work without internet?
Yes. It works fully offline and keeps your shop on your phone. Internet is used only to back up to your own Google Drive, restore on a new phone and buy Pro.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Your shop is stored on your phone and can be locked with a PIN or fingerprint. Duttatech Solutions has no DarziKhata server and never receives your data.
How does AsalBook work out the interest?
Choose rupees per 100 a month, % a year or a fixed amount a month, and how months are counted (exact days, calendar month, full or half month). Payments go to interest first and then to the amount given, or as you choose.
Is AsalBook free?
Every feature is free for the first 45 days, with no card needed. After that, a plan through Google Play keeps adding entries: ₹59 a month or ₹499 a year. Without a plan the app becomes read-only and nothing is deleted.
Can I keep a record of gold and silver kept as security?
Yes. Add the item, metal, purity and weight in grams or tola, with photos. AsalBook makes a receipt when items are kept and when they go back.
Who can see my records?
Only you. The book is stored in an encrypted database on your phone and opens with your PIN or fingerprint. Duttatech Solutions has no AsalBook server; a Google Drive backup goes to your own Drive, encrypted with your PIN.
Does AsalBook lend money?
No. AsalBook only keeps your records. It does not lend money and does not offer, arrange or advertise loans.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. AsalBook works fully offline. Internet is used only to back up to your own Google Drive, restore on a new phone or buy a plan.
Is RepairKhata free?
Yes. The Android app is free on one phone for up to 50 job cards, with backup to your own Google Drive. The Online plan (₹299 a month or ₹2,499 a year, GST included) adds unlimited job cards, staff sign-in and sync with other phones and the Windows app.
Which repair shops is it for?
Mobile phone, laptop and computer, TV, AC and refrigerator, washing machine and appliance, watch, bike and scooter, and car repair shops. The fault chips and device fields match the shop type you pick.
Can I make GST tax invoices?
Yes. Turn on GST in Shop profile and bills show CGST/SGST with HSN/SAC codes and a UPI QR code. Reports include a GST register.
Does it work on a Windows computer?
Yes. RepairKhata for Windows (Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit) is on the Microsoft Store for shops on the Online plan; every job card, payment and stock change is the same on the PC and on every phone.
Is the Android app on Google Play?
The Android app is in testing on Google Play and will be listed there soon. Until then it can be installed from the RepairKhata website.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is saved on the phone. The Online plan syncs when you are connected and keeps working offline in between.
Who is MandiKhata for?
Arhatiyas, aadhtis and commission agents in sabzi, fruit and anaj mandis, kacha arhatiya firms and their munims — anyone who writes lots, pattis and kisan hisab in a paper register.
Does the patti calculate commission and deductions?
Yes. Set your commission (aadhat), hamali, tulai, market fee and other kharcha per commodity once. Each patti applies them, recovers the farmer’s advance and shows the net amount to pay.
Is MandiKhata free?
The first 50 lots of your shop are free, with every feature, staff logins and the Windows app. After that MandiKhata Pro (₹499 a month, or ₹3,999 a year in the Windows app) gives unlimited lots to the whole shop.
Can my munim use it on his own phone?
Yes. Add munims and helpers under Staff; they sign in with their own Gmail on a phone or the Windows app, and you choose what each person can see and do.
Does it work on a Windows computer?
Yes. MandiKhata for Windows (Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit) is on the Microsoft Store, with keyboard shortcuts and printable pattis. The Android app is in testing on Google Play.
Does it work when the mandi network is weak?
Yes. Entries are saved on the device first and sync when the internet comes back.
How much does Krishi Shop Khata cost?
The offline plan is ₹49 a month or ₹399 a year: the full Android app on one phone, working without internet. The online plan is ₹349 a month or ₹2,999 a year and adds staff sign-in, sync across phones and the Windows app; its first 14 days are free. Prices include GST.
Which shops is it for?
Fertilizer, seed and pesticide shops: krishi seva kendras, agro agencies, agri input dealers and cooperative counters. It also handles sprayers, pipes, tarpaulin and cattle feed.
Can it handle subsidised fertilizer and the PoS machine?
Yes. Mark urea, DAP, NPK and other items as subsidised and the app keeps their sale separate. The PoS check compares your book with the PoS machine’s monthly stock statement, product by product.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes, on the online plan. Each staff member signs in with their own Gmail as manager or counter staff. Counter staff never see purchase rates or margins, and the owner sees an activity log.
Does it work on a Windows computer?
Yes. Krishi Shop Khata for Windows (Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit) is on the Microsoft Store and works on its own — no phone needed.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything is saved on the phone and the app works fully offline. On the online plan, each device syncs when the network comes back.
Who is Gasht for?
Companies with staff in the field: pharma reps, FMCG distributors, vehicle dealers, microfinance, NBFC, insurance and loan agents, solar installers, real estate and service teams.
Does Gasht track staff location all day?
No. Location is taken only when a visit is saved, and there is no background tracking. Staff see a consent screen on first login that explains what is recorded.
How is a visit recorded?
At the customer, the staff member records the visit type, purpose and notes and takes a photo inside the app; the photo carries a GPS, date and time stamp. Fake GPS apps are detected and flagged.
Does it work without network?
Yes. Visits and photos are saved on the phone and sync automatically when the network is back.
How do staff and managers sign in?
The company admin invites staff by mobile number and they log in with an OTP. Managers see team activity, visits on a map and reports on the web dashboard at gasht.duttatech.in.
Is Gasht on Google Play?
Gasht is in testing on Google Play and will be listed soon. Write to us to set it up for your company.
Which farms is Farm Hisaab for?
Broiler, layer and desi poultry farmers — including contract farmers who want to check their growing charges themselves.
What does the app calculate?
From your daily shed entries it works out birds alive, feed stock, FCR, livability, EPEF, cost per kg and live profit for every batch; for layers, daily eggs, egg stock in trays and hen-day %.
Can my workers make entries?
Yes. Add workers by their Gmail; they enter daily records on their own phones while money stays hidden from them, and you see who entered what, and when.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Farm Hisaab works offline and syncs when you are online, so records are safe even if the phone is lost.
How much does it cost?
Every feature is free for 60 days with no card. After that you choose a plan by the size of your farm, monthly or yearly, and your records always stay viewable and exportable.
Which languages are available?
English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada.
Can I try it before talking to you?
Yes. The live demo at demo-microfinance.duttatech.in signs you in with one click as an admin, branch manager, cashier, field officer, credit officer, accountant or auditor. It runs on a fictional company and resets every night.
Does it support group (JLG) lending?
Yes. Groups with meeting days, members, collection sheets for field officers and repayment schedules aligned to the meetings.
Is accounting included?
Yes. A chart of accounts, journal entries, cash and bank, bank reconciliation, income statement, balance sheet and trial balance are built in.
Which roles does it have?
Admin, branch manager, cashier, field officer, credit officer, accountant and auditor, with data separated by branch.
