TutorKhata helps tutors and coaching centres go digital with two tailored apps. The teacher app opens on a green 'you have 3 classes today' hub with a live class strip, a this-month fee card (collected vs pending vs overdue) and a 'needs attention' feed for overdue fees and at-risk attendance; teachers organise batches, mark attendance, collect fees, send reminders and capture lesson notes by voice or text. The parent app gives families attendance, progress, lessons and fee visibility. A dedicated Node API backend syncs everything across devices.
