Delete Your Data
DarziKhata stores your data on your device and, optionally, your own Google Drive — so you can delete it completely, yourself, at any time.
Last updated: 24 August 2026
DarziKhata has no backend server. There is no company-held copy of your data to request the deletion of — everything lives on your device and, only if you enabled backup, in your own Google Drive. You can remove it in any of these ways:
1. Delete everything inside the app
Open DarziKhata → More → Delete all data. Confirm by typing the required word (you can export a copy first). This permanently removes all customers, orders, measurements, khata entries, karigars and photos from the device.
2. Uninstall the app
Uninstalling DarziKhata removes its on-device database and all stored photos from your phone.
3. Remove your Google Drive backup (if you used it)
If you turned on Drive backup, delete that copy from your own Google account:
- Go to your Google Account → Data & privacy → Third-party apps & services.
- Select DarziKhata and choose “Remove access”.
- This deletes the app’s private backup data (its appDataFolder) from your Google Drive.
Because your data is on your device and your own Drive, deletion is immediate and self-service — there is nothing stored on our side to delete.
