Delete Your Data
How to delete your Farm Hisaab account and your farm’s records.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Delete your account in the app
Open Farm Hisaab → Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
- Your sign-in (Google account ID, name and email) is deleted from our server.
- If you are a farm owner: your farm account and everything stored for it on our server — farms, sheds, batches, daily records, sales, dues, expenses, staff list, activity log and subscription record — are deleted, and staff phones stop syncing. Cancel your plan in Google Play first (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); the app asks you to.
- If you are staff: you are removed from the farm. The farm’s records belong to the owner and stay.
- Server backups are kept for 14 days, after which no copy remains.
- Only if you started a free trial: a one-way fingerprint of your Google account and Gmail stays, so the trial isn’t given twice. It cannot be turned back into your email.
You can also email tapasdutta@outlook.com from the Gmail you sign in with, and we will delete the account within 7 days.
2. Remove the data from your phone
Uninstall Farm Hisaab, or open your phone’s Settings → Apps → Farm Hisaab → Storage → Clear storage. This removes the records and photos kept on the phone.
Deleting a single entry
Open the entry in the app and use Delete (staff can add and correct entries; deleting is for the owner).
